As a specialist in adult mental health, I have worked in and managed several NHS psychology departments throughout the north of England and I have over 25 years of experience in treating people with a range of psychological difficulties and disorders.

I have had specialist post qualification training in CBT and EMDR. I have a particular interest in trauma and complex common mental health disorders and I am a recognised consultant for a number of insurance companies and health-provider agencies.
